I run planet myself for a few things, and I have it installed on a
nicely connected server; I usually run the public Planet GSoC, for
example.  I'd be happy to provide a domain, an account, and some disk
space for a TIP/PIT planet -- but I don't want to have to manage the
subscriptions, please ;).
