[TIP] py.test hl document/entry points

hi all! 

i guess some of you might be interested in a document which
gives a higher level view and entry points into py.test - also
to be provided to the European Commission in connection with
its usage for the PyPy interpreter and VM translation
framework.  See here:

I am happy about any feedback, including critical comments :)

Otherwise, i hope that i can contribute here a bit more
