predicated on instantly matching candidates with the jobs they fit best.
Similarly, JobSync streamlines the recruiting process for companies,
focusing their efforts on the highest-fit applicants that will ultimately
be more engaged and productive at work. JobSync has developed a proprietary
engine to match candidates to jobs based on five areas: experience,
education, salary, location, and personality.

JobSync launched in August, and several large companies including Bank of
America, eBay, and Kroger have already signed up with us. More than 100
other Fortune 500 firms have also expressed an interest in joining the
JobSync network.

The company's founder and CEO is a Harvard Business School graduate who
recently ran Disney's $100M e-commerce business in North America. JobSync
is partnering with a person-job fit research firm that has 20 years of
experience in matching candidates with compatible jobs. In addition, one of
JobSync's advisors is a Harvard professor who is expert in matching
