[data-carpentry-discuss] gh-pages / html pages for DC materials

I strongly recommend using just one branch, gh-pages --- as per 
http://swcarpentry.github.io/slideshows/creating-lesson/index.html#slide-18, 
it may not be the right way, but it sure is the simplest...
