Talk done, still a lot to improve but I think I managed to convince 
someone that it's a good idea..
Also because as someone told me later to test a single simple change in 
one of the complex
programs, they have to re-run the whole thing all the times, so 
definitively some people
would be happy doing more unit testing and designing with testing in mind..
