[TIP] Coverage.py 3.1 beta 1: Python 3.x and Cobertura output

With a little bit of repair work on coverage.xml, the Cobertura output on Hudson now shows the source files.  I replaced 'filename="test_' with 'filename="tests/libpdm/test_' in the file, and it presents source code for all the relevant source files.

My apologies for the previous top posted reply.  I forgot to rework the Yahoo mail output to be a proper reply...
