[socal-piggies] Additional impetus for pwc

I believe the twitter console it was "inspired" by hurl, but doesn't
actually use hurl.

Great job Jathan on getting all the core functionality on pwc. I encourage
everyone to try it out.
A little polishing up should make it more friendly so let's try to work
towards that!
