I'd really like it if there was a icalendar hosted on some website  
that I could subscribe to and quickly browse. I think most current  
calendar applications can import a .ics file hosted on a website.   
(like icalshare for instance)

It might be reasonable for each group to maintain their own calendar  
but have someone merge all the sub-calendars into one master calendar.
