[socal-piggies] New to the mailing list

Hi Everyone,
I just found the 'socal piggies' a few weeks ago, and will try to make it
out on Thursday.  I'm pretty new to python, but the more I use it the more
its growing in me.  I hope to meet some of you guys this week.
