[socal-piggies] Wiki Layout

Lo all,

  I made some layout changes to the wiki to clean it up and add in a few 
more categories.
Hopefully everyone will like them, if not change them back. (wikis are 
great aren't they =P)
Theres a bit of redundancy but with a little more refinement and/or 
knowledge of moin wiki's
i'm sure we can streamline it (I'm new to moin wikis so I may not have 
layed it out as well as it could be). Anyway good morning!
