[metagenomics-jclub] Fwd: [ged] Jiarong's MS thesis defense

Jiarong Guo is defending on Wed at 10am.  Donuts and coffee will be supplied.

He'll be talking about similarity search in large data sets, with an eye to finding phylogenetically diverse sequences, identifying likely annotation "bugs", and otherwise making sense of searching for nirK and pmoA/amoA genes.
