Two citations that I didn't find in your list:

1. Schwarz et al. (2013): major, crucial use of khmer to allow 
assembly of noisy genomic data; has you et al. as coauthors!

2. Schwarz et al. (2015): used khmer to allow RNA-scaffolding with 
large RNA-seq data sets (RNA-scaffolding did not work unless khmer 
was first used to filter the RNA-seq reads, though the details had 
to be buried in a large Supplemental Materials text).
