[cse491] HW due date change -> Thursday? + ofc hours

Hi all,

I was thinking that it would be nice to give you all a few extra days to
do the homework.  Is everyone OK with handing the homework in on
Thursdays by lab?  If not, drop me a private note.

I would still hand the HW problems out on Tuesday, and switch office
hours to Wednesday evening, 8:30-10. Then people could come talk to me
about both homeworks at office hours.

For this week, then, I'll give you 'til Thursday to hand in the
homework, and I'll plan office hours for Wednesday.  And if anyone wants
to see me this Monday, please let me know.

Apologies for the late notice; remember, there's no penalty for handing
your homework in early! (and if you do, let me know and I'll try to take
a look at it and give you feedback...)
