[bip] bio.scipy.org online... sort of.

Hi Guys,

I am back from my trip and now have access to bio.scipy.org. I logged in 
yesterday and started setting up mediawiki, but I am open to setting up 
other environments instead/as well. Once I get the wiki online, I will 
let everyone know and start trying to seed it with information. It's 
probably worth firing up a discussion again about what should go on 
there and the details. I'll start by asking the following:

1) What license should we have for the content of wiki and any code 
samples that are posted? (Did we come to a conclusion already?)

2) Any one have suggestions on the structure of site... cookbook 
section, tutorials, code review section, etc? I will go back and re-read 
the e-mails related to the topic once I get the wiki up and running.

Ok, I will post more later. I just wanted to update everyone in advance. 
I am still catching up after returning from my trip, but I will attempt 
to get it going as soon as I can.
