Hello, All:

I joined the group because I'm interested in using python in support of a
genome sequence database. We have used the language everywhere from parsers
for input data to queuing systems for a distributed processing cluster. My
own interests involve the evolution of sequences that make up regulatory
modules in genomic DNA. Currently I'm working on the analysis of 454 reads
to compare modules in three closely related genomes.

Cheers,
ANDY
