Hello Group,

I'm currently working on my diploma thesis in biology ( think 'long
master thesis', 9 months, including writing
if you're a from a Bologna-process compatible school), looking for dna
motifs in the promoters of co-regulated
genes in Ustilago maydis.

For this I'm using Ernest Fraenkel's TAMO Framework, somewhat extended
with more motif search algorithms
and a bit of supporting code around it that ties in our array data and
the U. maydis genome database.

So long,
Florian Finkernagel
