[bip] Community site update

Hi All,

I just wanted to let everyone know that I am still working on trying to 
get things going with Enthought, but for some reason I have not heard 
back from them since Travis agreed, at SciPy, to host our community site.

Oh, and it looks like bio.scipy.org one, although we could use Tracy's 
idea and point biologyinpython.org to bio.scipy.org, assuming things 
don't fall through with getting bio.scipy.org started.

I will e-mail again once I know more.
