* message_display_hdrs.hh, win32_mkdir_hack.hh: cleanup, windows compatibility.
- message_display_hdrs.hh: attempt to factor-out includes from header
  files.  goal was to use "foo_hdrs.hh" to include all header files needed
  by "foo.hh", without including them in "foo.hh". Basic rule to follow:
  "foo_hdrs.hh" may only include other files, and may not declare
  anything.
- win32_mkdir_hack.hh: mkdir() is not defined in win32.  This gives an
  ugly workaround by defining macro "mkdir" to translate mkdir() into
  windowsspeak "_mkdir()".
