New instruction viewer under View menu; not yet complete.
The following work:
  start, stop, step, update buttons (still a bug in instruction stepping)
  correct updates of heads, flags, instructions.
  window has fixed width and a minimum height.
Following will change:
  red color for line with instruction head.
  alternate color bands for all fields.
  wiring of buttons in instruction lines.
  popup menu to change/insert/delete instructions.
  make sure that current instruction line is visible.
  try to make updates happen in a fast blit.
  connect breakpoint handling.
  add fault and message fields.
  add stacks/registers/inputs fields.
  figure out how to deal with organism threads.
