Log Message:
Rough feature added:  can step through an organism's instructions.
still buggy; at end of an update, doesn't step to next instruction.
Instruction viewer will be rewritten to allow changing flags,
repositioning heads, inserting/deleting/changing instructions.

Some cleanup of cell-view:  bold text for section titles, data area
fills window.  Should use a single pixmap for button icons.
