[twill] Extend module match_parse missing in twill-0.8.4-py2.4.egg

dang it... thanks for letting me know.

I've fixed this for the .tar.gz on darcs.idyll.org, and also for the
.egg files on issola.caltech.edu.  However, a '-U' will now get you
twill 0.8.5a1, which includes some major changes to the shell code.

In 0.8.5a1, extension module commands are now included in the TAB
completion in the shell, as well as in 'help'.  I've also fixed some
potential security problems that I'd had my eye on.
