[twill] No space before "/>" breaks form?

Titus: Sorry to be late responding. I've just tried it in 0.8.4 and it
works. My coworkers were using twill-sh on a different box,
unfortunately at 0.7, which is pretty ancient history.

Argh, I'm an idiot... this is fixed by using 'tidy', but it's a problem
for people without tidy installed or with 'use_tidy' set to false.
I'll take a look at the parsing code to see what I can do.
