should install you a wheel with tox==2.0.1 and properly required argparse.<br>

(the reason this didn't appear in my release testing was because i use pytest and<br>
it already includes argparse on py26 so no problem occured -- i now added<br>
a bare tox section that just runs "-h" ...)<br>
