[TIP] PyCon 2017 / TiP BoF

[Terry Peppers]

I can already hear Titus laughing the background. For those of you who
don't remember, in Santa Clara he did a live iPython notebook about the TiP
mailing list with things like: who was the most active and who talked about
what.

The punchline, of course, was that all I ever talked about was the TiP BoF.

Anyway ... one more time.
