[TIP] Python packages installation using pip

Hi All,

I am unable to install any python package using pip on my office computer.
It looks like a security feature which is blocking pip from establishing an
internet connection.

Can someone please tell which URL pip uses in background whenever we
execute command pip install somePackge.

I would need to get this URL certified by security team so that the same
can be unblocked.
