[TIP] [tox] Generative Environment Question

I think the right way to do this would be to delete the 26, 27, and pypy
sections and add to the main [testenv] deps section:

   py26: unittest2
   py27: unittest2
   pypy: unittest2

There might be some way to combine those further, but it's a start.
