Maybe try nose2?  Besides being awesome[*], I think nose2 is where all the
future development is going.  I don't develop on Windows so I don't know if
that platform is well-supported or not.

[*] I love nose2's plugin system.  It was so easy to get zope style test
pattern matching working, among other things.
