[TIP] Build failed in Jenkins: testfixtures-tox » not,2.7,windows #168

Hi Holger,

What is tox trying to tell me here?

Okay, so deps couldn't be installed, but why? How can I get more 
information?

It appears that any tox jobs on this Windows node are failing in the 
same way. Any ideas on what to do to resolve?
