[TIP] [tox/shiningpanda] still hitting problems with Python 3.3 on Windows

I'm still hitting this problem:

http://jenkins.simplistix.co.uk/view/testfixtures/job/testfixtures-tox/COMPONENTS=zc,PYTHON=3.3,label=windows/98/console

It's a trivial bug, but when is it going to get fixed in a released 
version of tox?

When that happens, how do I get ShiningPanda to use that version of tox?

I'm tired of grubbing around in 
C:/Jenkins/shiningpanda/jobs/<blah>/tools/Lib/site-packages/tox/_venv.py 
ever time I move a new job onto Python 3.3...
