[TIP] OT / PyCon 2013 TiP BoF

Well Testing in Python Mailing list ... it's that time of year when we have
to talk about TiP BoF. First off, a large tip of the cap to Paul
Hildebrandt. Paul, as always the case with everything he does, has put an
inordinate amount of time into trying to figure out some venue alternatives
to TiP BoF. We discussed the idea of moving the BoF out of the hotel to
better address food, beverage and pesky hotel security issues that have
plagued the BoF over the past couple of years. Basically, it's a big effort
that would require a lot of sponsorship and it's a lot of time for low
reward. The point of TiP BoF is simply to get us all together, exchange
ideas, heckle each other and have a good time. So, Paul ... I sincerely
appreciate all the time and effort that you put into research.

That said, TiP BoF is going to happen this year. Here are the details:

Saturday 3/16 @ 8 PM
Great America Meeting Space

Format will be as usual ... Lightning talks, heckling and fun. Food and
drink will not be provided. 8PM gives everyone enough time to eat and or
hit the hotel bar beforehand.

I'm in the process now of updating the PyCon site.
