[TIP] tox/ShiningPanda/Jenkins - Permission denied during VirtualEnv setup (solutions)

Hi All,

This one came back about a week ago:

http://jenkins.simplistix.co.uk/job/testfixtures-tox/

Any ideas what might have been released in the last week or two that 
would have changed this?
