[TIP] [tox] how to test svn trunk / git master for required libraries?

Hi All,

I'm looking to set up Tox-based testing for xlutils. This is a library 
that relies on both xlrd and xlwt. So, on my test grid, I want to test 
xlutils master against both the latest releases and the svn trunks of 
xlrd and xlwt.

What's the best way of setting up that dependency requirement in a tox.ini?
