I agree, Paul. We covered a whole lot of ground last year, and had
enough logistical problems to deal with.

The rooms are modular in nature, and I think the room we were in last
year actually had a collapsible wall between it and another room our
size. That would be double the space, which is preferable.

I think going the other way with two rooms and avoiding a ballroom
would be the best idea.

I was thinking Saturday night. It's when we did it in 2009 and 2010
and seems to work out OK.
