Well , I really tried but I found no link to do this once I logged in
to the tracker . O don't know if I'm in read-only mode (I logged in
using OpenId ...) or if I have to go once again to check my sight ...
I wonder how could I file tickets once ?

I swear I have no `Create New` link in the sidebar . So :

Olemis: File a ticket for unittestgui                  ...          [FAIL]
