[TIP] nose-achievements without nose, plus Python 3 & Django

Greetings goat fans,

I just want to let everyone know that the Testing Achievements plugin
I debuted at PyCon now supports Python 3, Django 1.2's custom test
runner interface, and vanilla unittest - no nose required!
