[TIP] PyCon 2010 TiP Open Space

I really liked the one we did last year where we did dinner at the same 
time people did presentations.   Last year Disney and Apache(?) split 
the cost of pizza and people bought their own beer.  I (speaking for 
Disney) would be willing to do the same thing again.  It would be nice 
to get some help from someone local to find a place to get good pizza.
