[TIP] Coverage.py 3.4b1

  Coverage.py v3.4 beta 1 is available:

New in this release are better ways to specify the source files to 
measure, including a few backward-incompatible changes.  I posted it a 
few days ago, and haven't heard a peep.  I'm not sure if that means it's 
late August, or that the code is perfect...
