[TIP] anyone familiar with Spock?

I'm running out of resources here so I thought I would try the TIP  
mailing list.

Is anyone familiar with using Spock to automate the signing of   
update.rdf files without using McCoy directly? I am trying to get it  
working on XP using Cygwin and I am running into issues.

If anyone has worked with this tool could you please give me a shout.  
Sorry for using this mailing list but I have exhausted all other  
resources and you guys are pretty smart!
