[TIP] nose 0.10 doc preview

Hi all,

An alpha release of nose 0.10 is just around the corner (for some
value of the corner). To get the proverbial ball rolling down the
hallway towards that corner, I've uploaded the new docs here:

The new docs include generated api docs as well as expanded plugin
writing guides and plugin interface details. Have a look and let me
know what you think is missing, confusing, offensive to small children
or lab animals, or otherwise bad.

Questions should go to one or both of these lists, since chances are
they'll be in the mind of more than one person.
