<li>Interact with front-end development and QA</li><li>Maintain cutting-edge knowledge of current and emerging technologies, trends, and standards</li></ul></div>
<div><br></div><div><b>Skills and Experience:</b></div><div><ul><li>2+ years of back-end web development</li><li>Proficiency with server-side programming in Python</li><li>Fundamental knowledge of back-end web development in the Django framework</li>
<li>Familiarity with version control (preferably Git or Subversion)</li><li>Familiarity with issue tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)</li><li>Experience with any of the following is a plus: RabbitMQ, Celery project, MongoDB</li>
<li>Experience with scalable, multi-server, multi-database web development is a plus</li><li>Familiarity with front-end web development (HTML/CSS/JS and/or Flash) is a plus</li><li>Experience working in a startup environment very helpful</li>
