Hi Jonathan,<br><br><br>I think all it takes is people who are willing to learn Python and generally from what I've seen, the drive and willingness to learn Python is rather organic. It really makes a difference when things just seem to work. I think training people would not be difficult especially with such good resources locally (Cartwheelweb etc). The one thing you have to make sure is that people are onboard with the idea and you're willing to accept that whoever you're training is still learning.<br>
<br>The company I'm working for is a Java shop but we've been adopting more and more Python in various places and it has just been engineers teaching each other. (we have two people who know Python and 3 people who have started learning). The new learners seem to love it and we notice that more and more, when we're working in Java, we ask....why oh why is this not in Python.<br>

Some of the reasons why we want to leave ASP is because I am having the worst time finding asp programmers and even more of a headache trying to find .NET programmers in my area oddly enough.
