[socal-piggies] RedHat openshift Express

I just signed up for an account on this free service, that allows Python
apps deployed to the cloud.

They have a doc on deploying pylons via WSGI, and django support docs are
coming soon.

Check it out, you guys / gals are a lot smarter than me with this stuff, and
would love to see a review of your experience at our next meeting.
