[socal-piggies] Training Resources

Hi Everyone,

I've noticed there's been a lot of talk about training etc. so I rearranged
the Python Resources page on the wiki a little and added a Training
Materials Page <http://socal-piggies.org/scp/TrainingMaterial>. There's only
a couple of links and a few general topics on it right now but I think it
might be useful if we compile a list of material for self study. Please feel
free to add to the page and create additional topics/subpages etc.
