The only slight problem with this is that we don't have a persistent location, so we're a bit at the mercy of whomever wants to host the meeting next....

I've been investigating some conference room rentals too. There's a location available at the Howard Hughes Center for example. 

Would people on this list be interested in contributing $$$ towards the conference room rental cost, if we go this route? Kinda like splitting the cost of the pizza.
