Pretty obviously I prefer Caltech, next is probably downtown.

However what are the amenities like for the sites under consideration?

How much parking is there? How expensive is the parking? Is the site close to 
a metro line? How close is it to a freeway, and how overloaded is the freeway 
at 7?

Does the site have a built in projector, or does somone need to bring one?
