[socal-piggies] introduction and presentation idea

that sounds more like the niche that amazon's solutions provides. im happy
with the options and constraints google app engine provides. It offers the
little guy a chance to focus on quality application development without the
headaches of scalability. If my app gets popular im sure i would have the
resources then to move it onto a less 'lock in' cloud.
