[socal-piggies] I need a Python program built

OK, Brett sent me the pseudocode and I posted it here:

Anybody want to take a crack at it? I know Titus in particular has
plenty of time on his hands these days :-) (yes, he passed his PhD
defense yesterday with flying colors).
