[socal-piggies] Wiki Layout

[Grig Gheorghiu]

I added a link to the blog on the Front Page. Since the links didn't
fit in one row anymore, now they're split in 2 rows. If you guys think
it doesn't look as good as before, feel free to get rid of the Blog
link o to rearrange the links.
