[socal-piggies] Poll on preferred meeting time and location

I just checked the membership of the socal-piggies mailing list and
we're 22 members strong. However, for the first 2 meetings only the
(same) 5 Piggies showed up. Maybe the time and/or the location were not
convenient for most people. 

I added a table to the front page of the Wiki
(<http://agile.unisonis.com/socalpiggies/>) and I ask you to please
fill it in with your preferred day of week/time/location. This way
we'll be able to hopefully find something that's better for more people
on the list.
