NLMSA.add_aligned_intervals(alignedIvals, alignedIvalsSrc, alignedIvalsDest,
alignedIvalsAttrs)

alignedIvals must be iterable, should return one or more objects or tuples  
that
represent aligned intervals as ID/coordinate sets.
